The Coris Bank International banking group officially launched, this Wednesday, May 05, 2021 in Niamey, the activities of « Coris Bank International Baraka Niger », its branch dedicated to Islamic Finance. With this new financing solution, the pan-African group present in Niger since 2019 is thus expanding its offer and further confirming its ambition to participate in another way in improving the level of banking of the populations and to contribute more to the growth of the national economy.
On this occasion, the General Manager of the Niger branch of Coris Bank International (CBI Niger), Ms. Rakiatou IDE ISSAKA delivered a speech in which she wished, first of all, to thank the guests for having honored the event. by their presence before addressing a note of gratitude to the bearer of the Coris Group project, Mr. Idrissa NASSA, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CORIS Holding. The MD of CBI Niger then recalled the genesis of the banking group which from 2008 to date has continued its expansion through the countries of the sub-region to the point of now having seven (7) banking establishments in Burkina Faso, in Ivory Coast, Mali, Togo, Senegal, Benin, Niger and soon in Guinea Conakry and Guinea Bissau.
